Evaporators are used to concentrate the electrolytes in the process tanks. Various electrolytes are “pulled” in there by the parts being treated and are thus diluted. The evaporator evaporates the wash water mixed in with the electrolyte.
This leads to a concentration of the electrolyte content and causes the following:

• reduction of operating costs
• reduction of wastewater and galvanic sludge
• extension of the electrolyte’s service life
