At the beginning of the year, the HLU Management was reorganised.

Dr. Schrey, who purchased HLU in 2004 and played a leading role in shaping the company for many years, stepped down from the management board on 1 January 2026. For 21 years of courage, foresight and growth, we say a heartfelt THANK YOU!

In his new role as a member of the advisory board, Dr. Schrey will continue to support HLU in an advisory position.

In his farewell speech, Dr. Schrey describes the company's new course. HLU wants to work with its customers and partners to further strengthen the company's overall performance. From fans to plant engineering with environmental technology to maintenance and services. Support is needed to achieve this goal. 

We therefore warmly welcome Ms Herrmann to the management team and to HLU in the position of CEO. She brings with her 35 years of experience in the fan and ventilation industry.

The change in leadership signifies both continuity and further development. We will continue to work in collaborative partnership with our customers, because their trust and success are a key benchmark for our actions!
