Our central AHUs are equipped with sound attenuation systems that significantly reduce the noise level in ventilation systems with medium to large flow rates. The customised splitter sound attenuators are precisely aligned with the volume flow and desired sound reduction values. They are also suitable for moist exhaust air and can be easily cleaned with water jets or cleaning solutions.

Our central AHUs are equipped with a high-quality filter technology that reliably separates contaminants, toxic dust and aerosols. Different filters are used depending on the requirements. Compact filters or pocket filters provide optimal air quality while maintaining high energy efficiency.

Sound reduction through splitter silencer
Our splitter sound attenuators ensure an effective sound level reduction. The dimensions of the splitter sound attenuators are precisely calculated based on the volume flow and the desired sound attenuation level. This guarantees an effective sound level reduction in air handling technology systems with medium to large flow rates.

High level of failure safety
Redundant fans ensure that the system remains fully operational even in the event of possible fan failure.

The heat recovery bypass allows for targeted bypassing of the heat exchanger when necessary, so that it can be cleaned and maintained without having to shut down the entire system. This ensures uninterrupted operation and maximum failure safety.

Why plastic? - stable, corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain
Our central AHUs made of plastic are specifically designed for demanding exhaust air systems in aggressive, chemically laden environments. The cellular sheets construction provides a high level of stability combined with low weight, while the totally sealed construction guarantees safe and efficient airflow.
The smooth, seamless surfaces offer several advantages: they prevent deposits, minimise the maintenance effort and eliminate the risk of hidden corrosion, as there are no sensitive coatings. As a result the systems are particularly hygienic, durable and easy to clean.
A further significant construction feature is the gas-tight processing of all dampers, doors and feedthroughs. Ensuring no contaminated air escapes uncontrollably. The optimised airflow with minimal air resistance further enhances energy efficiency and reduces pressure losses.
For easy installation and maintenance, our AHU are equipped with clamping profilesenabling quick installation and flexible adjustments. The doors can be opened in both directions or removed completely thanks to the locking hinges, which significantly facilitates maintenance work. Additionally, the robust plastic construction allows for wet cleaning with a water jet or cleaning solutions without the risk of material wear or corrosion.

Our air handling units (AHU) made of plastic are available in an ATEX version upon request – specially developed for the safe handling of chemically aggressive and explosion-hazardous exhaust air as well as for use in explosion-hazardous areas. All relevant components are tested in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and designed for safe operation in explosion-hazardous zones.
