HF - Radial Fan with Direct Drive

The HF radial fan with direct drive is a corrosion-resistant plastic radial fan with a single-sided suction design. It features a housing made of electrically conductive and flame-retardant PPs-el, produced in an injection-molded and tightly welded construction. The fan is equipped with a sealing ring at the shaft passage and a grease barrier for the A-side motor bearing.

The impeller is made of electrically conductive PPs-el with backward-curved blades to reduce the load on the shaft passage. All components exposed to the exhaust air medium are made of plastic or are plastic-coated to ensure durability and resistance to corrosive environments.

The motor is completely separated from the airflow, providing overload protection across the entire performance range. The fan frame is constructed of powder-coated steel sheet, suitable for mounting on horizontal surfaces.

HF - Radial Fan with Direct Drive

The HF radial fan with direct drive is a corrosion-resistant plastic radial fan with single-sided suction. The housing is made of electrically conductive and flame-retardant PPs-el, featuring an injection-molded and tightly welded design. The fan includes a sealing ring at the shaft passage and a grease barrier for the A-side motor bearing.

The impeller is constructed from electrically conductive PPs-el and features back vanes to reduce load on the shaft passage. All components exposed to the exhaust air medium are either made of plastic or fully encapsulated in plastic, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance.

The motor is isolated from the airflow and designed with full overload protection across the entire power range. The fan frame is made of powder-coated steel sheet, suitable for mounting on horizontal surfaces, providing durability and stability in a wide range of industrial and laboratory environments.
