Korrosionsbeständiger Kunststoff-Radialventilator mit UV-geschütztem Gehäuse aus PEs, RAL 7036, in gesinterter Ausführung, einseitig saugend, Einlaufdüse mit Dichtung als Inspektionsöffnung, leicht demontierbar, Kondensatstutzen an tiefster Stelle des Gehäuses, Splitterschutz gemäß UVV als kunststoffbeschichtetes Drahtgeflecht.
Laufrad mit rückwärts gekrümmten Schaufeln, statisch und dynamisch ausgewuchtet, Auswuchtgüte mindestens G 6.3 (DIN ISO 21940-11), mit Taperlock-Buchse auf der Motorwelle befestigt.
Ventilatorgestell in kräftiger Stahlschweißkonstruktion in verzinkter Ausführung, mit Motortragplatte. Ventilatorgestell geeignet zur Aufnahme des Ventilatorgehäuses mit Laufrad und der Antriebseinheit. Antriebseinheit bestehend aus hocheffizientem EC-Motor und abschließbarem Reparaturschalter.

HF - Roof Fan
Version with EC Motor

Corrosion-resistant plastic roof radial fan with a robust, rotationally sintered housing, featuring single-sided suction. The fan is equipped with splinter protection according to accident prevention regulations, starting from size 160, using plastic-coated wire mesh.

When mounted vertically, the exhaust air is discharged vertically in compliance with the requirements for contaminated exhaust air. All components exposed to the exhaust air medium are made of plastic or are fully encapsulated in plastic.

The impeller features backward-curved blades in an injection-molded design, securely mounted on the motor shaft using a taper-lock bushing. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced, achieving a balancing quality of at least G 6.3 (DIN ISO 21940-11).

Includes a highly efficient internal EC motor, encapsulated against the exhaust medium, and an externally mounted repair switch. The required external ventilation for the motor is provided through externally routed ducts.
