New: Explosion group IIC for ATEX Zone 2
HLU Controlled Device
The new generation of HLU fans and plastic equipment Energy optimisation, environmental protection, a permanent shortage of skilled workers and growing demand for functional safety present new challenges for you as a plant operator. At Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik (HLU), we are committed to building fans, equipment and systems that meet these challenges. Our products exploit the possibilities of modern networking and communication to enable efficient maintenance and service.
Up to 50% energy saving
Converting your existing fans to EC fans offers several benefits. The most important of these is a gain of up to 50% more energy savings compared to AC fans. And further savings can be achieved simply by reducing the fan speed. The optimised airflow distribution saves energy and reduces noise levels. Swap your old fans for “high efficiency” ones.
New corporate brochure
Hürner Luft- and Umwelttechnik has the expertise to ensure a sustainable future. The company enjoys unique fan and component knowledge drawn from decades of experience in the field of supply and exhaust air systems, a great breadth of equipment engineering know-how, and project and service competence, and we use these synergies for you effectively and systematically. The new HLU brochure gives you a quick overview of our range of services.
New ATEX marking
The new ATEX marking in accordance with DIN EN ISO 80079-36 and -37 became obligatory as of 31/10/2019. As a result, the marking on our nameplates has changed. The designation c (constructive safety) has been replaced by Ex h (non-electrical equipment) l, and the equipment protection level (EPL) = Gb or Gc has been added. You can find further information about explosion protection for plastic fans in our ATEX leaflet.
